Natalie worked so hard and was just absolutely worn out.
She did a great job and I'm so proud of my little girl! She'll be an awesome mommy.

Jason was right there with Natalie from start to finish.  I'm so happy he's in Natalie's life.
He's going to be a wonderful father.

Christmas Party for Mended Hearts - Dec. 4, 2009

Well, I've almost made it a year without many issues with my heart. I've tried to change my lifestyle for the better and that's always the first step. Today I went to the hospital for my volunteer duties in the heart unit and all I could think of was wow...this was me last year.

We have so much to be thankful for this Christmas.  Mom is doing better, I seem to be doing well and we now have Abram, little Reese and patiently waiting on baby Isaac to arrive before the end of the year. God has certainly blessed us and we are all grateful for his many blessings.

Thanks again to the staff at Oak Ridge Methodist Medical Center and to my family and friends who put up with me for the past year. I think I just might stick around and aggravate you for another year!

Joe and Debbie - You'll see in the next photos why they call me "the baby" of the group!

Good people and a wonderful Christmas Party!

The Cousins Come to Tennessee for a Visit

I know Beth will have a lot more pictures of the cousin visit so I'll just share a few photos I took at the Children's Museum in Oak Ridge.
It was fun to watch Abram and Kate. Everything was just their size.
Enjoy!!

Trip to the Aquarium in the Smokies

I had the best time with Beth and the boys today!
This was so funny.... I heard Abram talking and turned around and saw that he was having a nice conversation with a fish. The fish gave Abram all the attention he wanted... too funny!

Here's a little summary of the day. Abram made lots of friends today!

Trip to Beth and Kris's house

Natalie and I went to Beth's yesterday to see the kids and do a little "shopping". Of course too much money was spent but we had a really good time. Natalie was laughing so hard on the way down that she spewed water out of her mouth all over the car and almost choked to death!! She scared the willies out of me but she got through it! Don't laugh so hard Natalie!!! I felt really bad.... Thank goodness she's ok!!

Natalie took some pictures while we were there. I forgot the camera...so thanks Natalie for letting me use a couple for my blog!!
