Joe, Beth, Natalie and I moved to Tennessee in 1986. The first year we lived here Beth wanted to plant some flowers in the back yard. Every year this is the only flower that blooms... a lonely tulip. Well, this year I thought I'd go move the bricks and clean that area out and plant some onions and lettuce since we're a family of wilted lettuce freaks.... I started moving the bricks around and noticed that the tulip grew up through one of the bricks!What a site! All that space and it finds a way out of a brick. Somehow this amazes me....
